Q: Are you still offering repairs during this time?
Yes. Our woodwind and brass technicians are able to do repairs at this time. Please where a mask when you arrive at our shop, and please be prepared to allow extra time for repairs to be completed.
Q: Can I still come to the store to pick up items that I need?
Yes. We are open from 10am-6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am-4pm on Saturday. Masks or facial coverings are required.
Q: How many people will be allowed in the store at a time?
We are requiring social distancing be practiced in our store. Because we have multiple rooms that our customers occupy, this will be modified on a case-by-case basis, but we are generally allowing 3 groups of customers come in at a time. Please keep in mind that there may be a chance customers will have to wait outside if we have reached our capacity.
Q: Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, per Illinois requirements, all customers over the age of 2 will need to be wearing a mask to be admitted into the store.
Q: Can I return my rental instrument if the store is not open?
Yes. Please wear a mask and feel free to visit during open hours.
